Weekly Backups

In case you manage a frequently visited website or a data–heavy web app, it is essential to have a complete back–up copies of everything. Yet, configuring an auto backup solution is tough. That’s why we offer you our Managed Services solution – we pledge to keep a full backup of your VPS plan, not only of your web sites and data, but also all the custom modifications that you have added. Our backup scripts run each and every week, retaining all the customizations that you have made during that time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Plan, you have full freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. Still, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some extra setup on your part. This is when our Managed Services offer will come in real handy. It features thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving operations – it means that you will be able to literally hire one of our expert server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software whatsoever that you desire. Or have him rectify a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and is an extra feature for the KVM VPS Plans.
